MUSUBI (Madison Riese) is a DJ and Multi-Media Artist.
With a profound passion for music and people, MUSUBI has been bringing in energy like no other and versatility to all of her sets, sure to get any crowd going. Refusing to be one-dimensional, she curates her own unique sound, from playing classic R&B mixed with modern rap/hip-hop, to trap, house, and electronic music. Whether it’s a Hip-Hop, EDM, or House night, she knows how to run it. Known for her talent, energy, and ability to crowd control, MUSUBI has been noticed by local Bay Area based record label EMPIRE, and western Canada industry leader, Blueprint Events. She has played alongside artists like Kaytranada, Eric Prydz, A-Trak, Snoop Dogg, SG Lewis, Smino, J.I.D, and Goldlink, just to name a few, all while playing premiere venues and nightclubs all over North America. She has also played festivals such as Fvded In The Park and Ascension Music Festival. In early 2019, she founded the monthly RAP&B infused night, Nice For What, that holds residency in San Francisco, California, and Vancouver, Canada. Currently, MUSUBI holds residencies in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Vancouver BC.
